Personality:
This girl is stubborn. She'll do what she wants, and isn't afraid to let everyone know. This includes horses. Fillies obey her and go away, as she's the alpha. Even some colts will shudder and leave her alone. On the track, she's a bullet. Since she's the alpha, she's got to lead. If someone tries otherwise, this lady'll show them her huge heart and be there all the way. Ghost has extremely smooth strides, and she has some of the fastest gallops of the horses at the stables, clocking 22.5 seconds over 1/4 on dirt.

FEEDBACK[/u]
Sunfrost / Ghost Rider Stakes
I'm glad to see my filly doing so well already with you. What happened was that Point Away, knowing her stuff, soared right to the front and held her position, but then DT Jupiter stopped trying, amazed as the top two soared by Point Away. The top three started reigning over the field, crossing the wire ten lengths in front. Dash of Sugar and El Sol Del Mar have this type of rivalry this year, and got ahead of Point Away and blocked her passage. Point Away is a great filly with experience and wins, it was just the rivalry of the top two that sent her in for the show.
AUCTION NOTES
half-sibling to GO BETWEEN, SEALY HILL, and POINT DETERMINDED.this young girl is certainly not one of those horses that likes to be worked with at an auction. she is stubborn and she isn’t afraid to let other people know. through her sire’s lines she has THUNDER GULCH, GULCH, MR PROSPECTOR, STORM BIRD, ALYDAR, RELAUNCH, RAISE A NATIVE [2x], and NORTHERN DANCER. through her dam’s lines she is related to SKIP AWAY, SKIP TRAIL, NUREYEV, NORTHERN DANCER, SLEW O’ GOLD, the mare SOLARIAT, NASHUA, NEARCTIC, SEATTLE SLEW, and SECRETARIAT. with those bloodlines she has the possibility of running on any surface and do well as she was able to clock 22.5 seconds over 1/4 dirt.

PRACTICE
Racing
The filly pawed at the turf. Her muscles were tense as she started to trot around the track. Atop her was her owner Lilly Relice, a teenage prodigy born and raised on Kentucky's farmlands.
"Whoa Ghost o' gal! Don't be goin' too fast! You'll throw me right off your hinny!" Lilly cried. Ghost started to slow down as Lilly gently cried whoa and slightly pulled on the reins. You could hear the mare's heavy breathing through her nostrils. She wasn't going that fast. Just a little trot down the track for warm-up purposes. After this the real training began. To boost her strength she'd pull six logs on a cart behind her then get a hour break. Then she'd be galloped across the track. Her normal weekly routine.
Ghost let out a whinny of happiness. She absolutely adored being outdoors. She couldn't stand it when the other horses went outside and she was stuck in her stall. She usually threw a fit and kicked at the doors and gnawed on the metal bars. This showed her inner filly. The part that just made Lilly cringe about her.
They were soon halfway down the track. Ghost was trotting an even pace now. They were at Pirute County Track. One of the less popular tracks in Kentucky. It was a mile across the track so it was pretty big yet not that big. Ghost has raced in many races that had tracks bigger than this. This was nothing for her. Though she was an experienced horse being Grade 1 she never really cared how short nor long the tracks were. Nor how fast her rider pushed her. She would always pull through the toughest situations.
"O' girly, ease up here. The track seems a little wet today." She pulled on the reins to make Ghost slow down to a walk. Though a trot wouldn't ruin her or make her slip it'd make her dirty and she just had a bath.
There were two others on the track. Silica and her horse Lou and Kara with Reggie. Both were beginners in the racing field. So they always marveled at Ghost and Lilly even though they were still in training. Lilly never paid attention to their remarks. She was dead focused on training.
Soon they were at the finish mark. She stopped Ghost and patted her neck. All she got back was a greeting to the other horses. Nothing to Lilly. Lilly trotted Ghost to the Fair Horse Barns. Where Ghost stayed for half an hour.
